Plain Language Privacy Policy

As a matter of practice OFI Enterprises, LLC (OFI) holds all information shared by anyone contacting the firm, for any reason, as highly confidential. It is automatically considered the property of the inquiring party. The data will never be used for any purpose other than that intended by the inquiring party. Any shared information will never be shared in any way with any third party for any reason.  Should the inquiring party wish, OFI will expunge all inquiring party data from its records in all of its forms.

Our website, OFIEnterprises.com and all OFI owned subpages collect no personal information for any visitor unless that visitor voluntarily submits information on the inquiry form.  In that case, the website sends the information directly to OFIEnterprises, LLC staff and, itself retains no information about any visitor in any way.

Any information sent to OFIEnterprises, LLC via the inquiry form is kept as private and confidential. The information will be used by OFIEnterprises staff for the purposes of responding to your inquiry.

Embedded content from other websites

From time to time OFI may feature content on its’ site from non-OFI sources. In those cases, the source of the content will be clearly indicated. Any visitor can choose not to view the content.   If the content is viewed, cookies or other devices may be used by the content provider. These will likely behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These non-OFI websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.   If you have a concern we advise you see the privacy policy of the third party provider in question.

How long we retain your data

Any information from an inquiry form can be retained indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any shared data we hold about you or your firm. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

OFI Enterprises, LLC does not share your information with any party outside of OFI.
